Yes. Send a photo of the space or installation point, a product reference or what the light needs to do. We can help narrow down product options before confirming models, options and quantities for quotation.
What information is needed for a quotation?
If you have a model name or product code, send it with the required finish, colour temperature, wattage, size, quantity and required date. A photo or reference specification is enough to start if the model is not known yet.
Can you issue a tax invoice?
Yes. Please provide the taxpayer name, registered address, tax identification number, branch and document email before the invoice is issued.
Do website prices include VAT?
No. Prices shown on the website exclude value-added tax (VAT). Please confirm the final total and invoicing details with HEY Lighting before payment.
Which payment methods are accepted, and is a deposit required?
Payment is accepted by bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to confirm and order the products, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.
Do you deliver nationwide, and how is shipping calculated?
Yes. Delivery is available throughout Thailand. Shipping is charged at actual cost based on product size, weight, quantity and destination. Please confirm the charge with the quotation before payment.
What is the usual delivery lead time?
In-stock products can be dispatched on the next available shipping cycle. If an item is out of stock, the waiting period is no more than two weeks. Please reconfirm stock and the dispatch date before payment.
What are the warranty, claim and return terms?
If a product has a problem on arrival, notify HEY Lighting with supporting evidence within 14 days of receipt to request a claim. General products carry a six-month warranty; coverage ends after that period. Returns are not accepted when the store is not at fault.
Do you survey sites, prepare lighting layouts or install products?
Not at present. HEY Lighting is a product catalogue and sales website that prepares quotations from customer-specified lists. Site surveys, lighting layouts and on-site installation are not currently offered.
